Attendees can share personal information via their individual profiles, while companies can showcase their employees, products, and trademarks through their exhibitor profiles.
A QR code is generated from your personal profile in the app. This QR code can be scanned on-site at the fair by other app users, automatically creating a connection between the networking profiles in the app, which you can find under "Contacts."
Additionally, your ticket will be saved automatically in the app when you log in using the same email address that you entered in the ticket shop. Both your QR code and ticket can be found at the top right of the app’s homepage.
You can search for potential business partners in the participant and exhibitor profiles on the online platform and send contact or appointment requests. Be sure to confirm or decline appointment proposals to streamline your networking process. Save interesting exhibitors and products in your favourites, making it easy to find them later. You can also bookmark events from the program overview so you don’t miss them.
Once you’re connected with a participant, you’ll have access to their contact information. This includes their email address, landline and mobile phone numbers, country of origin, languages they speak, and any social media profiles they have shared. You’ll also see their listed interests, making it easier to connect based on mutual goals.
