Mobile App: Stay Connected on the Go

The Mobile App is an essential tool to keep you connected and informed during the event. With everything in one place, it’s easy to stay on top of your appointments, favourite exhibitors, and networking opportunities, all from the convenience of your phone.

Log In and Access

To get started, simply log in to the app using the same credentials as on the online platform. Once logged in, you can access your profile and all your personalized information, including:

  • Favourites: Quickly find exhibitors, speakers, and participants you've bookmarked during your event preparation.

  • Contacts: Easily access your contact list and view detailed information about your connections.

  • Appointments: Stay organized by viewing your scheduled meetings and events directly in the app.

Networking

One of the standout features of the mobile app is the QR code generated from your personal networking profile. This code can be scanned by other attendees or exhibitors on-site, automatically creating a link between your networking profiles in the app. Once the connection is established, you can find your new contacts under the Contacts tab, making it easier than ever to keep track of your connections.

Export Contacts

You can also export your list of contacts after the event to follow up and build long-term relationships. To do this, simply click on the Download All Contacts option under the Networking section. This feature allows you to keep a digital record of your connections for future reference.

Updating Data in the App

If you make any changes to your profile on the platform or online, those updates won’t immediately appear in the app. To ensure that your app reflects the most current information, either:

  • Close and reopen the app to refresh the data.

  • Alternatively, manually update your app by selecting the Update Data option from the drop-down menu.

By keeping the app updated, you’ll always have the latest information at your fingertips, ensuring you’re fully prepared for every networking opportunity.
