Access to the content manager
The main contact person who received the mailings is automatically linked to the company profile. The administrator can easily access the company profile via the Communication Center or via Backoffice on the company page.
The main contact can easily access the company profile via the exhibitor area. Only the main contact is shown the button "Edit company profile" under Networking Settings.
In addition, the main contact should find the button leading to the company requests in the backoffice, and can add more team members. Enter the name of the team member you want to add in the search field. It is important that your colleague has already logged in once and that both (you and your colleague) have the networking option activated.
Other team members do not see this button. If the "Exhibitor Area" button is not yet available in your Communication Center, it means that there is no link to the company profile yet. One of the already linked colleagues can add you via the "Team" tab in the Backoffice.
