The time zone is automatically set depending on your location for both parties.
When you arrive in Berlin, it will automatically switch to the European Time Zone (GMT+01:00). Therefore, make sure to schedule your meetings in the correct time zone, which is GMT+01:00 (Berlin time), if you are having the meeting in Berlin.
By international convention, UTC is equivalent to GMT, however their measurements differ: GMT is measured from midday, whereas UTC is measured from midnight. UTC is the legal basis of time in the world.
At the beginning of March, Berlin is still on Central European Time (CET), which is UTC+1 — because Daylight Saving Time (CEST, UTC+2) usually starts at the end of March.
Please note that you always have the option to update the meeting time and save any changes. The time zone shown in your Communication Center under meetings will always correspond to your selected time zone.
