After you have logged in, you will find a white menu bar on the right. Click on "My company" to access your company profile.
Your online presence is part of the media package you booked when you registered your stand and is therefore an essential component of your trade show presence. The advantage is that you not only represent your company on site, but can also present your products and services digitally in the best possible way.
Under the "Description" tab on the content manager you have the possibility to insert two different versions in both English and German.
Description for the company profile: a detailed description (max. 4000 characters) will be visible on the company profile. It is recommended to write the description in English and German, as the entries will be displayed depending on the user's language settings. If you do not enter any text, this area will remain empty.
Description for list view: a short description (max. 300 characters) displayed as a preview, which will appear in the exhibitor search.
The main contact person is always the person who is the first person linked to the company profile.
If you don't find "Backoffice" on the company page, it means you haven't been added yet. When you are added as a colleague by an exhibitor, you will have access to this area in the Communication Center.
At the top of the area you will see your company name and logo, which you can click to access your company's exhibitor page. This way you can access your details page regardless of which page you are on.
The various features are accessible in their respective tabs, meaning you can use them without loading another page. In the backoffice, you can find the following features:
The other column shows you exactly what the column’s name implies- all other ways someone had visited your profile page or interacted with your content.
This can mean someone reloading the page, visiting your company page or content via a direct link, or even your staff members going to your company page, via the link in “My Organisation” section in the Communication Center.
If you cannot see the back office on your company profile, it means that you have not been added as a staff member yet. Ask the administrator or one of the existing staff member can add you via the "Team" tab in the back office.
To link more colleagues to the company profile, you can follow these steps:
Under "Settings" (top right) you will find "My Company", click on it and then on the company name
Click on the menu item "Backoffice" in the header of your company profile
In the search box, enter the person’s name. It is important that the person has already logged into ITB online once and that both you and the person have the Networking feature activated.
Select the person and click on “Add Staff”
The person will then appear in the company profile as a contact person for your company and will be able to contact other attendees and make appointments for the show.
In the Backoffice, after “team”, “visitors” and “contact requests” on the right side there you shall be able to find the meeting request issued through your company profile.
Finally, if you do not want to be displayed within the company profile, you can de-activate the button “show as contact” under “My company”.
