ITBxplore is the digital industry platform of ITB.

Experience networking, exchange & business in a flexible, interactive and easy way wherever you are. Before, during and after ITB Berlin, you can engage your target audience, increase brand awareness and highlight your company.

ITBxplore serves as a research platform for all visitors – long before ITB Berlin starts, it is the place for your online presence. During the trade show, the ITB App and the website’s interactive map of the exhibition grounds is linked with your ITBxplore profile, making it easier for visitors to find you.

How can I access ITBxplore?

From now on, all participants with a valid ticket can access ITBxplore via The World of ITB - ITBxplore.

As exhibitor, your badge is included in the communication package. Only, it is first necessary to validate the ticket and check in by entering your exhibitor codes.

Step1. An email is automatically sent per exhibitor containing the corresponding number of free exhibitors passes. Redeem your voucher via https://www.itb.com/en/besuchen/tickets/.

Step 2. Should you be validating the ticket, make sure to use the same attendee e-mail address for your badge and ITBxplore.

Step 3: Get to your ITBxplore profile after registration completed. We kindly invite you to login to ITBxplore, create your profile and start networking.

First login: which email address should I use?

Please use the same email address previously used for the registration.

The confirmation code is sent to your indicated email address. Please check your spam folder in case you did not receive it after a couple of minutes. To send the code again click on " Resend confirmation code".

Where can I find all exhibitors which are taking part?

A list of exhibitors as well as product highlights will provide an initial overview of the global brands presenting themselves at ITB Berlin 2023 on the digital platform ITBxplore.

Furthermore, it is possible to search for specific exhibitors, products, branches, destinations, news as well as job offers.
