ITB Berlin is all about effective face-to-face networking and in the ideal environment. For the best preparation for the physical ITB Berlin, we offer you digital services. Your ITB Berlin ticket gives you access to ITBxplore. Browse the exhibitor directory online, plan to attend convention sessions and make on-site appointments with industry buyers and vendors - all before you arrive!

From now on, all participants with a valid ticket can access ITBxplore via The World of ITB - ITBxplore.

As exhibitor, your badge is included in the communication package. Only, it is first necessary to validate the ticket and check in by entering your exhibitor codes.

Step1. An email is automatically sent per exhibitor containing the corresponding number of free exhibitors passes. Redeem your voucher via https://www.itb.com/en/besuchen/tickets/.

Step 2. You should validate your exhibitor code to activate your exhibitor pass.

IMPORTANT: Should you be validating the ticket or codes for someone else, make sure to use a different e-mail address for every person you are registering.

Step 3: We kindly invite you to login to ITBxplore, create your profile and start networking.

Please not: click on OPEN to get to your ITBxplore profile after registration completed.

The ITBxplore platform is based on the interests and topics you specify in your profile and enables networking with existing business partners as well as with new counterparts. The algorithm-based matching process recommends suitable business contacts. You have the possibility to send appointment and meeting requests and keep an overview thanks to the individual calendar function.

Your Trade Visitor Ticket gives you full access to all sections of ITBxplore Program including all live-streamed sessions as well as live Question&Answer, roundtable discussions and networking.

Important note: Ticket sales and voucher redemption will only be available in advance and online via the trade show's ticket store. There will be no box offices on site.

Your registration can be exchanged with a colleague, free of charge at any time before the start of the fair. In this case, please contact tickets@messe-berlin.de.

There is a system check which ensures that your device meets the technical requirements for accessing ITB Berlin Online. Mobile browsers or devices are not supported. Privacy and ad blockers may prevent the system check from successfully running.
