A Address: The address is partially filled in. The data, provided during your stand registration, has already been inserted. Please note that changing the address will not affect the billing address.
A Advertising shop: By clicking on Advertising Shop you will be forwarded to the ILA Adver
B Background image: The background image is the “eye-catcher” of your company profile. Here it is essential to respect the image requirements to display the background image correctly. Moreover, the central part of your background image is also visible in tile view of the exhibitor area. If no background image has been uploaded, a default background image will be displayed. We recommend using the following image requirements: 2560x640px in jpg or png format.
C Contact data: The contact details additionally provide information about the contact options such as telephone, e-mail, fax as well as the link to your website.
D Description: The description is also an essential part of the company profile. Here the company’s, offers and services are described in detail. It is important to note that it is necessary to create a short description and a more detailed description. The short description (max. 300 characters) will appear as a preview in the exhibitor overview, while the detailed description (max. 4000 characters) will be visible on the company profile. It is also recommended to create this in German as well as English, as the entries will be visible accordingly on the German as well as English websites. Otherwise, this section will remain empty.
L Links: Additional links to the company, products and services can be inserted without limitation. The links are visible on the company profile in the preview view as well as in the detailed view. Please note that the links should be entered in an English and a German version, if possible, so that the links appear accordingly on the English and German websites.
L Logo: The logo is an important part of the company profile. It is visible in the list of exhibitors as well as in the company profile. If no logo has been uploaded, a logo from the organizer will be displayed. We recommend using the following image requirements: 500x500px in jpg or png format.
M Multimedia: The multimedia section offers the possibility to add various files and documents to the company profile. The following file formats with max. 500MB are supported: jpg, png, mp4, pdf, xlsx, csv, docx, doc, txt. Furthermore, it is also possible to manage the position of the multimedia documents.
N Name: The company name is already filled in. The data provided during the stand registration has been inserted here.
P Press Releases: In order to keep visitors up to date with the latest news and trends, you can book the exhibitor news via the ILA Advertising Shop. After the successful booking process the navigation point “press releases” will show up in the editing area. Here you can insert information like date, image, description, and multimedia. The exhibitor news will be visible on ILA Digital under companies and on your company profile.
P Product: Depending on your media package there is the option to present one or more products. The name, image, description, product group and various media can be inserted. The products appear on the detail page of the company profile. It is necessary to insert the product title the in German as well as English. If you would like to provide a link for your product, there is the possibility to do this under the item “Links”.
P Product groups: Product groups are describing the company's offer and services in more detail. On the one hand, there is the possibility to select corresponding product groups and on the other hand, there is also the option to enter the respective industry. This has the advantage that interested parties are also more quickly aware of the company through appropriate filter options via the product search.
S Social Media: Social Media includes the following channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, XING, LinkedIn, YouTube. Please note to enter the full links of your social media profiles.
