Lead Tracking Reports

Lead tracking reports can be found in the Visitors tab of the backoffice. The tab contains tables providing lead tracking information, and when selecting “Visitors” in the drop-down menu, even a marking feature that allows staff members to process leads more easily.

There is an export function that exports this data in the CSV file format (this depends on your media-package).

Furthermore, lead tracking reports can offer more data than the tables in the backoffice (Request meeting column).

Visitors report

The Visitors report can be exported when “Visitors” is selected in the drop-down menu. It provides a more detailed overview of how potential leads interacted with the exhibitor’s content.
