Meeting anfrage- Request Meeting & Register Interest

As an exhibitor, there are two different options regarding requests:

• via your user profile, via the appointment calendar

• via the company profile

When an attendee showed interest in your company, you can verify the status of the invite via the backoffice.

As a matter of fact, contact and meeting requests can be made via the company profile. The icons “Request meeting” and “Register interest” are located in the header of your company profile.

When sending a request to connect, you are able to get the business card of the other attendee. Of course, the participant has to accept your request first.

Just click on Download.

When downloading the personal business card, in addition to the above mentioned data, the e-mail address and the telephone numbers provided are also processed.
